Job Purpose
As a Test Candidate Supervisor at UAE - Khidmah Home in Abu Dhabi, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations within the Inspire Home department. Your primary focus will be to ensure efficient landscape management and soft services delivery, while supporting the overall facility management objectives with technical expertise and proactive leadership.
Roles, Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and coordinate teams responsible for cleaning, housekeeping, and landscape maintenance to maintain high standards of facility upkeep.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure HVAC and MEP systems operate optimally and meet safety standards.
- Apply technical troubleshooting skills to promptly resolve issues affecting building services and infrastructure.
- Support facility management operations by fostering effective communication, ensuring accountability, and driving team collaboration.
- Monitor service quality and compliance with company policies and safety regulations, continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and team productivity.
Qualification
Qualified candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related technical field. Certification in HVAC, MEP systems, or preventive maintenance courses will be considered a strong advantage. A solid understanding of landscape management principles, combined with expertise in soft services supervision, is essential for success in this role.
Key qualifications include:
- Formal education in Facility Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Technical training or certification related to HVAC, MEP, or building services maintenance.
- Proven knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies.

Experience & Skills
Successful candidates will demonstrate extensive experience in facility management operations, particularly in a supervisory capacity overseeing soft services such as cleaning and housekeeping, as well as landscape management. Technical fluency with HVAC and MEP systems, alongside strong troubleshooting capabilities, is crucial.
